At the request of the Gym Manager, a COMPULSORY Assessment is required whether you have used an outside Gym in previous months. The Gym Manager will need to assess you for a program. If he believes that you do need to have a program you will have to go and see either Pam or Michelle in the Staff Amenities Offices and pay the $30.00 assessment fee.
The assessments includes a health questionnaire, height, weight, Tri-level fitness test for aerobic capacity, body fat test. Once this has taken place, a personalised program will be designed based on your personal or sports related goals which will require a FOLLOW UP appointment to receive your program.

The only exemption to this rule will be those that work either as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist in the Hospital.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE WEARING COMFORTABLE GYM GEAR.

 In addition, you are not to let NON-PAYING friends in to the GYM. IF CAUGHT, YOUR OWN PRIVILEGE WILL BE REVOKED.

 Only Staff Amenities Members can participate in aerobics classes.

PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE NOW SECURITY CAMERAS IN PLACE AROUND THE GYM AREA AT RPH Wellington Street Campus and Shenton Park Campus.

Bookings will be taken on normal working days up to one week in advance for the squash and tennis courts as follows:

a) Wellington Street - Extension 42355 between 7.00am and 2.00pm OR leave a message on the answering machine;

b) Shenton Park - Extension 7205 between 8.30am and 4.00pm – Cashiers;

c) Shenton Park Campus Office – Extension 7334 between times outlined above OR leave a message on the answering machine.
